DfGN Enterprises generate income and jobs to support education, transportation, housing and other resources needed to improve livelihoods and increase community development. It ensures the sustainability of our programs, as more women and girls gain access to menstrual health solutions for themselves and their families. DFG Nepal will be conducting workshop for 15 enterprises leaders for 4 days which will helps to maintain the quality of the products and uplift the knowledge of the entrepreneurs. In this training the leaders will get training on proper marketing of pads by describing the positive side of using the reusable pads. The workshop will enhance the capability of the leaders and maintain the quality of the product as well as enhance knowledge on reproductive health and menstrual hygiene. And also DFG will advocate on menstrual hygiene management in order to empower youth to encourage them to speak about the menstrual health and hygiene without any shame. DFG will advocate on importance of menstrual hygiene through the local leaders and radio program. The participate will get to know the importance of hygiene and sanitation during menstruation through different activities like poem and singing competition, webinar on menstrual health and hygiene and educational program through local radio.
